North Africa, Central Asia, and Southwest Asia consists of about 34 countries. Most of the countries are in North Africa. These three areas take up a large amount of land. They all have water around them.
The land and Climate
North Africa, Central Asia, and Southwest Asia receive very little rainfall a year. As you can see on the picture to the right, the three regions receive less than 10 inches of rainfall a year. That can mean that the land can be very dry. There are not very many mountains in these regions. The highest elevation point is about 14,000 feet.
Culture
The culture of these three regions are very different. The clothing that these three regions wear are very different. As you can see in the pictures above, the clothing is different in each region. The way of life is also different. In North Africa the women have fruit to provide for their village. In Central Asia the women make cloths to provide for their village.
